Chad joined the staff part time at First Baptist Sweetwater in 2009 after serving as a volunteer in the student ministry since 2004. Chad has served as the middle school director and interim youth pastor here at Sweetwater. His current role is to help with communicating the vision and mission of Sweetwater through social media, web ministry, graphic design and video production. Chad brings over 14 years of ministry experience to his position here as he is also the founder and Executive Director for IMPACT Ministries of Central Florida a student missions organization here in the Orlando area.

Chad loves all things "plugged in" from power tools to computers and digital photography. He has had the opportunity to teach church based technology classes at the local and nationally recognized conferences throughout the United States, as well as participated as a visual worship leader for many of today's top Christian recording artists. Chad graduated from Belhaven College with his degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Kimberly have two children Elijah and Rileigh and have lived in the area for many years. Chad and Kimberly have strong family ties to this congregation with four generations of family attending worship here on Sunday mornings.
