WHAT IS AWANA?
AWANA is an international, non-denominational program whose goal is to reach children with the gospel of Christ
and train them to serve Him. AWANA club blends Bible teaching, Scripture memorization, and tons of fun. Club
meets from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday nights during the school year. Club sign-in is located at the back of the
Children’s Building.
AWANA Club is for children that are 3 years old by September 1 through 6th Grade.

AWANA Club offers three age appropriate clubs.
- CUBBIES
Cubbies Club is for pre-kindergarten children with an emphasis on parent-involved Bible memorization.
Club time consists of a large-group song and story time, a Small Group Bible verse review, and game time.
- SPARKS
Sparks Club is for Kindergarten through 2nd grade children with an emphasis on Bible memorization and
Bible centered activities such as games, Bible lessons, singing, and praise.
- TRUTH AND TRAINING CLUBS
T&T Club is for 3rd through 6th grade children with an emphasis on Scripture memorization and Bible-centered
achievements. Each night includes a time for handbook review, games, and a Bible-centered council time with special
guests, awards, and prayer.
