Body Stewardship Challenge – January 2010
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?  You are not your own; you were bought at a price.  Therefore honor God with your body.”

Join us for this nine-week class series focused on shaping healthy nutrition and exercise habits to promote weight loss and better health.  We will meet once a week either Monday evening at 6:30 PM (CLASS IS FULL) or Thursday morning at 9:30 AM (SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR THE AM CLASS). You will spend half of the class time with Joy Teston, Registered Dietitian, learning nutrition skills to help you change your eating habits.  The second half of class you will spend in an exercise session with Lynette Stokes, Certified Personal Trainer.  It is a great opportunity for friends to do the challenge together to provide accountability.  The Monday evening class is full but you can still register for the Thursday morning class.
